Transformational Technology Leadership

FRANKIE J. JACKSON - Education Technology Leader and Success Advocate
Transformational technology leadership starts with the achievement of a clearly understood vision. This occurs by influencing the organizational culture, building consensus, and developing a shared vision for strategic technology systems, services and usage. The vision will determine how technology is infused in teaching and learning so that students will gain the skills and knowledge needed for success in college and work.  And administrative staff will have the tools they need to support instruction. The educational technology vision describes how technology is used to support strategic goals in K-12.
