Self-discipline is the top discriminator for predicting success. It is the innate ability to push ourselves to do something regardless of how we feel. It is the only thing that will move us from point A (our vision) to point B (our reality).
Self-discipline comes down to consistently taking action, doing mundane, repetitive tasks, on a daily basis that then becomes a habit.
