Feeling overwhelmed comes from being charged with too many things to do. It’s when we feel like we are drowning and mental fatigue sets in. The sad thing is we usually create this state of overwhelm for ourselves.
Overwhelm is the thief of our energy. It’s our own fault when we think we need to get everything done all at once. It’s actually nature’s way of reminding us that we need to stop, focus on one thing: one purpose, one passion, one priority.
